Rest assured, all our products undergo stringent quality checks prior to dispatch.

Returns and Refunds:

We uphold a strict no-return, no-refund policy. However, in the event of receiving an incorrect or defective product, we facilitate exchanges. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order in case of any grievances.

Return Process:

All returns must be authorized by us. Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.

 

Exchanges:

Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange. Products can be exchanged for another item of equivalent value.

 

Returning Goods:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for return shipments. We cannot provide a refund unless we have received the goods.

 

Gifts:

If the goods were designated as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, which will be issued in the form of a gift certificate upon receipt of the returned product. If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver arranged for the order to be shipped to themselves, the refund will be processed for the gift giver.
